Couldn't be happier. I submitted a request for info on their site and they reached out within minutes to set up an in-person quote later that same day. We agreed and they showed up 2 days later to do the work. They quoted 3 hours to complete the job but they were done in about half that. Pricing was reasonable and they were insanely accommodating with my work schedule.

I can’t say enough good things about Go To Garage Doors! My garage door wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get my car out, so it was urgent. I found them on Yelp and got a response within 5 minutes from the owner, Steve. He asked me to send a few pictures and immediately diagnosed the problem. He came out a few hours later to confirm the parts needed and then returned the next morning to fix everything. He was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly—and even showed me features on my garage door I didn’t know existed. He truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to get this level of service these days! And his prices are very reasonable. I give him my highest recommendation.

He asked me to take pictures of my garage door so he knew what he was dealing with. they came the following day with the parts needed and repaired it quickly and cleaned up the debris before they left. Responded directly to my phone call and was able to come by same day to assess broken spring in garage on a Saturday .
